FAA is an independent, non-political, voluntary organisation that does not receive government funding. In order to help with running expenses, donations to the organisation are always welcome.
As part of its remit to preserve Malta’s cultural heritage, Flimkien għal Ambjent Aħjar has taken on the restoration of a Medieval three-panel altarpiece which it recently brought to light at the Augustinian Priory in Rabat. This exquisite piece of art dating from around 1425 has been ranked as one of the most important art treasures on the island due to its outstanding quality in a country where very few pieces of Medieval art can be found.
The presentation which was held at the Augustinian Priory on Tuesday 24th June, marks the beginning of an exciting long term renovation project headed by our restorer Erika Falzon.
