Discover a whole new side to Valletta and uncover Mattia Preti’s connection to the area. Walk the heritage trail of Ġlormu Cassar, the Knights’ military engineer who designed Valletta’s greatest buildings, including the Auberge d’Aragon. Discover the stories behind the notorious Manderaggio and explore its reputation. Find out what there was before the Teatro Pubblico, learn who is buried in a garden and where the first stone of Valletta was laid.
