FAA in collaboration with Let’s Do It Malta, Exalco and Gaming Innovation Group will be organising a clean up of St. George’s Bay and the area on the 16th of September. Gloves, pickers and bags will all be provided as will water. A fantastic opportunity to make a difference as the tourist season comes to a close, in an area that badly needs it, and engage with the local council.
We will meet at the bottom right side of the beach of St. George at 9am on the 16th, outside the Golden Mile building, and will work for the morning and as long as volunteers are able until a final time of 3pm.
Individuals will be assigned one type of waste to collect from glass, plastic bottles, other recyclables, aluminium cans and landfill waste.
